Procedure to Apply for Caste Certificate in Utter Pradesh / उत्तर प्रदेश में जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया

Caste certificate is given to a person who can belong to S.C, S.T, and O.B.C caste. It can provide all benefits to students at the time of taking admission in school, colleges for fees concession, apply for a scholarship and other. The government can provide all benefits to a person who has their valid certificate. This can encourage people to take participate in social activates. It can be given to a person who can belong to U.P state. Caste certificate is only made for the backward class people, Schedule class people and those people who are very poor in the society. The caste certificate is giving the reservation in the job to the poor sections.

Required Information for application of caste certificate:

1. Name of the Applicant in full (in Block Letters)
2. Sex of the Applicant
3. Father’s Name
4. Mother’s Name
5. Present Postal Address
6. Permanent place of residence
7. Age, Date of Birth and Place of Birth (if date is not known approx., Year of Birth)
8. Community for which certificate is claimed (including Sub-Group)

• Caste (including sub-caste) of the father
• Caste (including sub-caste) of the mother

9. Religion professed by the applicant
10. Religion professed by the father of the applicant
11. Religion professed by the mother of the applicant
12. Whether the applicant is

• A natural born son or daughter of his/her parents OR
• Adopted son/daughter of his/her parents

Required Documents:           

1. Firstly you need application form from official website
2. Must have Ration card or EPIC card or Aadhaar card
3. Applicant Father or mother property related documents
4. Employment of Father or Mother related documents
5. For professional process income tax returns certificate
6. Ration Card’s or FSC Food Security Card
7. Proof of Address, Ex: Electricity Bill
8. Notary Affidavit on Rs. 10/ -Non Judicial Stamp paper

Application Procedure:

1. Applicant needs to visit official eDistrict online portal. Visit following website: http://edistrict.up.nic.in/ where need to find the option of “Caste Certificate”

3. The applicant can use direct link to download a form for Caste certificate http://edistrict.up.nic.in/AvailServices/PdfForms/ApplicationForCasteCertificateRD.pdf

5. Now need to fill the application form with the required details correctly
6. The applicant will have to visit nearest common service center (CSC) where applicant have to submit an application form (which is also available in the CSC office) to obtain caste certificates in Uttar Pradesh.
7. After providing all details and documents the common service center (CSC) operator will fill the e-form for making the online registration of caste certificate
8. After that, the registration through electronic mode will send to the concerned competent officer by the common service center.
9. On successful submission of application form, you will receive an application id by which you can check the status of your application.

Check the Status of Caste Certificate in Uttar Pradesh:

After applying for the Caste certificate you can later, check the status of the applied application through online. You will require your Application number for checking its status. So, follow these steps to check the status.

1. First, you have to go to On-line Citizen Services Portal: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx

उत्तर प्रदेश में जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया

 

जाति प्रमाणपत्र ऐसे व्यक्ति को दिया जाता है जो SC, ST, और OBC  जाति से संबंधित हो। यह स्कूल, कॉलेजों में फीस रियायत के लिए अथवा  प्रवेश, छात्रवृत्ति और अन्य के लिए आवेदन करने के समय छात्रों को सभी लाभ प्रदान कर सकता है। सरकार उस व्यक्ति को सभी लाभ प्रदान कर सकती है जिसकी वैध प्रमाण पत्र है। इससे लोगों को सामाजिक सक्रियियों में भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा सकता है। यह उस व्यक्ति को दिया जा सकता है जो उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य से संबंधित है। जाति प्रमाण पत्र केवल पिछड़े वर्ग के लोगों, अनुसूचित वर्ग के लोगों और उन लोगों के लिए किया जाता है जो समाज में बहुत गरीब हैं। जाति प्रमाण पत्र गरीब वर्गों को नौकरी में आरक्षण दे रहा है।

जाति प्रमाण पत्र के आवेदन के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी:

1. आवेदक का पूरा नाम
2. आवेदक का लिंग
3. पिता का नाम
4. माँ का नाम
5. वर्तमान डाक पता
6. निवास की स्थायी जगह
7. आयु, जन्म तिथि और जन्म स्थान (यदि तारीख लगभग ज्ञात नहीं है, जन्म का वर्ष)
8. किस समुदाय के लिए दावा किया गया है (उप-समूह सहित)

• पिता की जाति (उप-जाति सहित)
• मां की जाति (उप-जाति सहित)

9. आवेदक द्वारा घोषित धर्म
10. आवेदक के पिता ने दावा किया धर्म

12. आवेदक क्या है

• अपने माता-पिता की एक प्राकृतिक जन्मजात बेटी या बेटी
• अपने माता-पिता की बेटे / बेटी को दत्तक

आवश्यक दस्तावेज़:

1. सबसे पहले आपको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से आवेदन पत्र की आवश्यकता है

1. आवेदक को आधिकारिक eDistrict ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर जाने की जरूरत है। निम्नलिखित वेबसाइट पर जाएं: http://edistrict.up.nic.in/ निम्लिखित वेबसाइट पर  जाने के बाद  “जाति प्रमाणपत्र” का विकल्प खोजने की जरूरत है

5. अब आवश्यक जानकारी के साथ आवेदन फॉर्म को सही ढंग से भरना होगा
6. आवेदक को निकटतम सामान्य सेवा केंद्र का दौरा करना होगा जहां उत्तर प्रदेश में जाति प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदक को आवेदन फार्म (जो सीएससी कार्यालय में भी उपलब्ध है) जमा कराना होगा।
7. आवेदक को अपनी पहचान संबंधित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे
8. सभी विवरण और दस्तावेज प्रदान करने के बाद सामान्य सेवा केंद्र ऑपरेटर जाति प्रमाणपत्र के ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करने के लिए ई-फॉर्म भरेगा
9. उसके बाद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड के जरिए पंजीकरण आम सेवा केंद्र द्वारा संबंधित सक्षम अधिकारी को भेज देगा।
10. आवेदन पत्र सफलतापूर्वक जमा करने पर, आपको एक आवेदन आईडी मिलेगी जिसके द्वारा आप अपने आवेदन की स्थिति की जांच कर सकते हैं।

जाति प्रमाणपत्र की स्थिति की जांच करें:

जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन करने के बाद, आप बाद मे ऑनलाइन आवेदन के माध्यम से इसकी स्थिति की जांच कर सकते है. इस के लिए आपको अपने आवेदन संख्या की आवश्यकता होगी। तो, स्थिति की जांच के लिए इन चरणों का पालन करें।
