Reimbursement of Examination Fees started by the State Government of Madhya Pradesh for Scheduled Tribe Students. Reimbursement of Examination Fees for ST students is the initiative by Government to provide better education to the Scheduled Tribe students. There are many students who are not enough strong financially to support their education. To endorse such candidates Madhya Pradesh came with this scheme.   Examination fee of scheduled tribe students appearing in the Board exams conducted by the Board of Secondary Education is reimbursed to the Board by the Department. In this scheme, the government also provides reimbursement of 50% exam fees to scheduled tribe students who are appearing in Pre Polytechnic Test (P.P.T), Pre-Agriculture Test (P.A.T.), Pre-Engineering Test (P.E.T.) or Pre-Medical Test (P.M.T.) and other professional exams conducted by the Professional Examination Board. The prime objective of the scheme is to enhance the reach of welfare schemes of Government to the scheduled tribe in the sector of education and provide them reimbursement in the examination fees for different courses in the state

Benefits of Reimbursement of Examination Fees:

1. Reimbursement of Board exams fees:

• Reimbursement of Examination Fees for scheduled tribe students who are appearing in the Board exams conducted by the Board of Secondary, Madhya Pradesh

2. Reimbursement of Examination fees for Correspondence Course:

• Exemption is provided by the Board of Secondary Education in the examination fees for correspondence examinations conducted by Madhya Pradesh Open School

3. Reimbursement of Examination Fees to Professional Examination Board:

• Reimbursement of 50% exam fees to scheduled tribe students who are appearing in Pre Polytechnic Test (P.P.T), Pre-Agriculture Test (P.A.T.), Pre-Engineering Test (P.E.T.) or  Pre-Medical Test (P.M.T.) and other professional exams conducted by the Professional Examination Board

Eligibility for Reimbursement of Examination Fees:

1. Applicant should be resident of Madhya Pradesh state
2. Applicant should belong to scheduled tribe
3. Applicant Annual Income should not be more than Rs.12000/-  for reimbursement of Examination fees for Correspondence Course
4. It is mandatory to appear in the Board Exams for scheduled tribe students

Documents required for Reimbursement of Examination Fees:

1. Aadhaar card
2. Caste certificate
3. Exams appearing proof
4. Passport size photos

How to apply for Reimbursement of Examination Fees:

1. Applicant should visit Principal of the concerned School/College in Madhya Pradesh
2. Applicant also visit Commissioner of Tribal Development Department in Madhya Pradesh
