The Government of India has launched eCourts services portal (services.ecourts.gov.in) and eCourts services mobile app to provide details about various court proceedings online. With the eCourts website citizens can check court case status, hearing dates, judgments online and information related to any criminal or civil case pending or under trial in any court across India.
The objective of the eCourts website is to provide convenience to the citizens of India and provide courts information quickly, anytime and anywhere. Users can search the information with the CNR number, party name, case number, filing number, advocate name, FIR number, act type etc at services.ecourts.gov.in website or e-Courts Services App. The portal and app also can be used for searching cavets and to download / get copies of the judgment. People can also subscribe to the notifications for the hearing dates. Notifications will be sent to the users before their next hearing date of the case.
eCourts services portal and mobile app is a one-stop-shop to get information from the Supreme Court, all the High Courts and their benches along with all the District Courts.

How to check court case details online at eCourts services portal?
- eCourts India Services Portal: Get case details by CNR Number
STEP 1: CLICK HERE to go to the eCourts India Service Portal
STEP 2: Click on CNR number link to search by CNR number
STEP 3: Enter 16 alphanumeric CNR Number without any – (hyphen) or space
STEP 4: Enter CAPTCHA
STEP 5: Click on Search button, court case details related to the CNR number will be displayed

STEP 2: Click on the Case Status link in the left panel
STEP 3: Case status search page will open, choose your state, district, court complex
STEP 4: Now enter party name or case number, court number, order date etc to find court case status next hearing date and judgment
- How to search cavet online? The eCourts portal also provide facility for cavet search and download.

The eCourts service are also available on the mobile app. The eCourts Services mobile app is available on both Android and iOS. The app also provide services such as checking court case information, next hearing dates, get judgment copies etc
