Swayamsidh Yojana launched by Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of Gujarat. Swayamsidh is one such scheme for empowering the Gujarat women both socially and economically to enable them to live with dignity and self-reliance.  The main objective of a scheme to achieve an all-around empowerment of women and help rural women be self-reliant, gain confidence and learn the art of savings. The program aims at involving women in local-level planning. This scheme has brought women into the mainstream of development in the rural areas of Gujarat. All women resident of Gujarat can get benefits of the scheme. More information can be obtained from nearest women and child development department. Beneficiary women can learn, can have access to many resources, can become literate etc

2. Women who are illiterate, poor, live in rural area are eligible to get benefits of scheme

1. Residence proof: Domicile certificate, Electricity bill
2. Identity proof: Aadhar card, Voter ID
3. BPL card (if available)
4. Caste certificate
5. Age proof: Birth certificate
6. Passport size photograph
7. Income certificate
8. Bank details e.g. IFSC code, MICR code, Account no

Application procedure:

1. Beneficiary applicants can contact to Anganwadi center or Nearest Department of Women and Child to get benefits of the scheme. No specific application procedure is mentioned
