The Talent Support Programme is started by West Bengal government (West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation) for students who wish to pursue higher education. In this Talent Support Programme stipend is awarded to the students who are residents of West Bengal and have passed their last final examination and obtained below 50% marks and must have secured pass marks in his/her last examination and candidate should have continuing their studies scholarship is given to students for pursuing studies from class 11th and onwards up to Ph.D

Benefits of Talent Support Programme:
- Under Talent Support Programme the will be awarded financial assistance for pursuing education from class 11th up to Ph.D., financial assistance structure is mentioned below
- For 11th and 12th total: Rs. 2550 per annum
- For graduation total: Rs 4800 per annum
- For post-graduation total: Rs. 4900 per annum
Required eligibility and conditions for applying Talent Support Programme:
- Candidate should have obtained minimum 50% marks in the last final examination of the Board/ University
- Candidates annual family income should not exceed more than 2 lakh
- Candidate must belong to minority community
- Candidate must have passed at least 10th class
- Candidate must be the citizen of India and domicile of West Bengal
Document required for applying Talent Support Programme:
- Declaration certificate of minority
- Income certificate of respective amount mentioned above means up to Rs. 2 lakh
- Birth certificate
- Bank details, account number, account holder name, IFSC code, MICR code
- Aadhar card
- Residence certificate e.g. certificate from residence authority
- Self-attested copy of Marks Sheet of the last qualifying examination of the Board/ University
- Bonafide certificate
- Domicile certificate
- Identity proof e.g. voter ID
- Passport size photo
