Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released recruitment advertisement for Indian Forest Service Examination 2018. Candidates may fill up the Application Form available on the Commission’s website www.upsconline.nic.in with last Date for Submission of Application March 06, 2018.

Name of Examination: Indian Forest Service Exam
Eligibility:
Required Age: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years.
Relaxation in Age:
For SC/ST: 5 years
For OBC: 3 years
For Ex-Servicemen: 3 years -5 years.
For PwD: 10 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering of any of Universities.
Nationality/ Citizenship:
- India
- Nepal
- Bhutan
- A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January,1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Application fee: Rs. 100 (For Female/SC/ST/PH candidates: No Fee)
