6th Scholarship for Excellence in English (SEE)

Scholarship for Excellence in English (SEE) is organized by Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) and the British council which is in its 6^th edition. The selected candidates of India will be provided with scholarship in appreciation of their excellence in English Language. The school principal/head master/head mistress will recommend the students for scholarship who will have to sit for the IEO exam to be conducted in January. The S.E.E. is a onetime scholarship. The scholarship is tenable only in India and can be implemented in any of the recognized academic institutions/schools

Benefits of the Scholarship for Excellence in English:

• The S.E.E. is a onetime scholarship
• Under S.E.E., 120 school students from across India will be selected
• The selection of the S.E.E. winners will be done from recommendations sent by schools
• Each selected student will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 5000/- & a Merit Certificate as a recognition of her/his excellence in English language
• Cheque for the amount, in favour of the selected student, will be dispatched at the school address

Required Eligibility and Conditions for Applying Scholarship for Excellence in English:

1. Class 3^rd to Class 4^th  students are applicable for this Scholarship for Excellence in English SEE
2. Only school can send the recommendations to SOF for Scholarship for Excellence in English
3. The school must be a participant in the IEO exam
4. The student should have scored at least 90% marks or equivalent grade in English subject in annual aggregate in previous class
5. The student should have scored at least 85% or equivalent grade in previous year’s exam as aggregate
6. Student should score minimum 80% marks in the IEO exam

Document Required for Applying Scholarship for Excellence in English:

1. Residential/Nativity certificate
2. Recommendation letter from Principle
3. Income Certificate
4. Aadhar Card

3. Recommendation should be signed by the school Principal/Head Master/Head Mistress only
