The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced online registrations for 18,000 newly built flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2019. The scheme & online registrations will start from 25th march 2019. Interested eligible buyers can register their flats at DDA official website www.dda.org.in
Flats are available for various categories: High Income Groups, Mid Income Groups, Low Income Groups & Economically Weaker Sections. Flats are available in the various localities across Delhi such as Vasant Kunj, Narela.

DDA Housing Scheme: Flats by Categories:
- HIG Category: 450 (3/2 bedroom flats)
- MIG Category: 1,550 (2 bedroom flats)
- LIG Category: 8,300 (1 bedroom flats)
- EWS Category: 7,700

Eligibility:
- Only citizens of India can apply
- Applicant must have crossed 18 years of age
- Applicant & his family must not own any other house
- Applicant must have PAN card
Application Money:
- EWS: Rs 25,000
- LIG (1 bedroom flats): Rs 1,00,000
- MIG (2 bedroom flats): Rs 2,00,000

| STEP 3: Select sector, pocket & then click on Continue button |
| STEP 4: Layout plans & flat details will be shown, take a look |
| STEP 5: Click on the available flat marked in the green color |
| STEP 6: Click on Hold flat |
| STEP 7: Fill the booking form, provide all the required details |
| STEP 8: Make payment & hold the flat |
