Currently, keeping in mind the safety of students in the pandemic situations, CMO Haryana Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar declared that the admission process of the undergraduate students in all the government-aided and self-financed colleges for the academic year 2020-21 is to be conducted Online. To conduct the admission process smoothly, a dedicated online portal and ‘Apka Mitra’ WhatsApp chatbot has been launched mainly.

Admission details:
- Admission process for the FY courses is started from September 7, 2020
- Any candidate who has cleared class 12 exam and wish to pursue higher education can apply for the course of his/her choice
- Verification of applications and documents will be done by the authorities concerned and first merit list will be declared by September 26, 2020
- Second merit list will be declared on September 30, 2020
- Fee payment will be made/allowed till October 5, 2020
- Entire process from admissions and fee payment will be conducted online only through the official portal
- Classes and Open counselling will be conducted post admission process by October 6, 2020
- Apka Mitra, a WhatsApp chatbot is unique initiative by the Haryana government to ease the online admission process which is conducted keeping in the pandemic crisis all over.
- This chatbot will handle the queries of students in the online admission process
- The students can also get information through the chatbot
- Students are required to send a message on the WhatsApp chatbot no. – 7419444449
- Persons with Disabilities can give a missed call on the same number for information
Registration and Application Process:
- Students should visit the official admission portal @ dheadmissions.nic.in
- Then student is required to click on the New registration tab and fill the class 12 details and click on Get data
- Then fill the remaining details like parent’s name, gender, DOB, id proof, etc and click on Register
- Then login from the home page with mobile no./registration no. and password
- Fill in the remaining details, upload documents and make the fee payment’
- Complete user manual and guidelines for the application process is available on the portal.
