Doorstep delivery of public services in Delhi to be launched soon

The Aam Aadmi Party backed Delhi Government has announced that a new scheme will be launched under which 40 public services to be delivered to the public at their doorsteps. Delhi citizens can now get driving license, birth certificate, income certificates and 40 such certificates at your door steps and don`t have to stand in long queues at these offices.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia announced that residents of Delhi can now get various certificates such as caste, new water connection, income, driving license, ration card, marriage registration certificates sitting at home in the first phase and then all the other certificates will be home delivered. Government will tie up with private agencies to implement the scheme and mobile Sahayaks will go to peoples houses and collect required documents, provides form get them filled and then subsequently give them certificates once they are available.

The scheme will help working class a poor workers a lot as to obtain these certificates they needed to take off from their work and then there used to be a long queue for these certificates. Now with the doorstep delivery of public services all the hassles are now gone. The scheme will also curb the corrupt and middle man practices to obtain these services.
