Dr. P.G. Solanki Stipend Scheme for Lawyers launched by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of Gujarat. A scheme introduced with an aim to provide financial assistance to a lawyer. As we know importance law of education. An initiative of Gujarat government helping lawyers to reduce financial burden while studying and encouraging them to contribute society after completing education. Under this scheme law students are provided financial assistance as per respective standard e.g. For first-year Law, Graduate: Rs. 1,000 per month. All scheduled caste students of a resident of Gujarat can avail benefits under this scheme. To know more about the scheme and obtain application form students can visit nearest scheduled caste welfare office or social welfare office.

Benefits of Dr. P.G. Solanki Stipend Scheme:

• P.G. Solanki Stipend Scheme for Lawyers provides benefits in the form of financial assistance and other. Benefits are mentioned below in details
• For first year Law, Graduate: Rs. 1,000 per month
• For second-year Law, Graduate: Rs.800 per month
• For second-year Law, Graduate: Rs.600 per month
• Senior lawyer is paid Rs. 500 per month per trainee

Required eligibility and conditions applying for Dr. P.G. Solanki Stipend Scheme:

1. Lawyer resident of Gujarat are eligible
2. Lawyer belong to scheduled class are eligible
3. No income limits
4. For senior lawyer stipend, he/she must have experience of 10 year
5. He/ she must have the ability to train maximum tow junior lawyer
6. Application should be to be submitted within 2 years after registration with Bar Council
7. Note: Other caste lawyers may apply for scheme

1. Identity proof: Aadhar card, Voter ID, College ID etc.
2. Residence proof: Residence certificate etc.
3. Income proof
4. Aadhar card
5. Passport size photograph
6. Experience certificate

9. Bank details e.g. Account number, IFSC, MICR code
10. Caste certificate
