अरुणाचल प्रदेश में दुलारी कन्या योजना (हिंदी में)
On the occasion of the 68th Republic Day on January 26, 2017, the Arunachal Pradesh Government has launched a special scheme named Dulari Kanya Yojana to check infant mortality in the state. As per the scheme, the government will deposit Rs 20,000 in the bank account in the name of a girl child born in any government hospital. The amount will be paid along with the accrued interest after the girl child attains 18 years of her age. The government has invested Rs. 8,000 crore for implementation of Dulari Kanya Yojana. The new Infant mortality scheme in Arunachal Pradesh will track all the pregnant mothers to provide them better care. The aim of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the girl child and ensure a secure future for the girl. The Dulari Kanya scheme will encourage the families to have a girl child. In many families, the birth of a girl child brings a lot of added responsibilities on the shoulders of the parents. This social scheme will be very beneficial for the girl child’s education and marriage
Benefits of Dulari Kanya Yojana in Arunachal Pradesh:
- The government will deposit Rs 20,000 in the bank account in the name of girl child born in any government hospital
- The amount will be paid along with the accrued interest after the girl child attains 18 years of her age
Eligibility for Dulari Kanya Yojana in Arunachal Pradesh:
- Applicant should be resident of Arunachal Pradesh state
- Only girl child are eligible for this scheme
- A girl child who is born in government hospitals in Arunachal Pradesh state can benefit under Dulari Kanya Yojana
Documents required for Dulari Kanya Yojana in Arunachal Pradesh:
- Parents Aadhaar card
- Birth certificate of girl child
- Bank account details
Application Procedure:
- For pregnant women, the names of the mothers must be registered in any government hospital. For this, applicant need an Aadhaar card
- Applicant should visit any government hospitals or Social Welfare, Women and Child Development Department
