The Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir has launched a portal called e-UNNAT (Unified, Integrated, Accessible and Transparent). Citizens of J&K can get all government services on one platform with a single sign-on on the single platform. They can register themself on this portal https://eUnnat.jk.gov.in to access departmental services. They are not required to have multiple or repetitive registrations on numerous portals to get all government departmental services. There are some services available on the portal such as Character Certificate, Dependency Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Income Certificate, Asset Certificate, Legal Heir Certificate, Category Certificates, Property Certificate, Certificate of Unemployment, and Financial Assistance under Ladli Beti and Marriage Assistance Scheme.

Objectives:
Easy access to all the government portals using single credentials. All government services are available on a single platform and are not required to go to government offices to apply for government documents or receive them. It is a social reform to avoid the corruption of middlemen.
