The Uttar Pradesh government has launched a website edistrict.up.nic.in for online application of Haisiyat Praman Patra / Virasat Praman Patra (Property Value Certificate). The edistrict.up.nic.in portal is the state government`s citizen service portal. Citizens of the UP can apply for various certificates such as birth, death, income, caste, handicapped certificates online. The eDistrict Uttar Pradesh portal has online application forms for application of all the important certificates. The government has made it compulsory to issue the required certificate within 30 days of application of the certificate. With the new portal the citizens of the Uttar Pradesh can apply for various certificates seating at home using edistrict.up.nic.in website and eSathi UP Mobile app.
The objective of the portal is to provide service guarantee and also to implement transparency in the certificate issue process. Most importantly the online process will remove need of middle man to get certificates and stop corruption in the government offices.
Fees for Haisiyat / Virasat Praman Patra:
- Online Application: Rs. 100 + User charges
- Application via Jan Seva Kendra: Rs. 120
- Applications via Citizen`s portal: Rs. 110
Citizens who wants documentary proof / certificate of their total property they can apply for Haisiyat Praman Patra. The evaluation of ones total property also can be done by the private valuer and needs to be certified by the Income Tax Department.
UP Haisiyat Praman Patra: Online application form & how to apply for Virasat Certificate online?
STEP 1: CLICK HERE to go to edistrict.up.nic.in – Online Citizen Services portal Uttar Pradesh
STEP 2: Provide your login ID, name, date of birth, address, district, mobile number, email id, security code and click on सुरक्षित करें button
STEP 3: OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which is your password
STEP 4: CLICK HERE to go to UP Online Citizen Services portal, enter your login ID, password, CAPTCHA and then click on Submit button to login
STEP 5: Now click on आवेदन भरें link and then select haisiyat certificate (हैसियत प्रमाण पत्र) service from section सेवा चुनें and click on नवीन आवेदन करें link, read all the instructions and click on आगे बढ़ें to go to the Haisiyat Praman Patra online application form
STEP 6: Fill in the Haisiyat Praman Patra online application form completely, provide all the correct details of all the properties and assets along with documentary proof
STEP 7: Follow further instructions completely and submit the application
