Jamin Sampadani Yojana launched by Panchayat, Rural Housing & Rural Development Department, Gujarat Government. The main objective of this scheme is village development. A common scenario has been observed that basic civic facilities like street lighting, electricity in houses, internal roads, approach roads, not be provided in poor-oriented rural houses scheme colonies in rural areas on account of inadequate sources. To foster such needs the government of Gujarat has launched this scheme. Under this scheme, government to make land available for rural housing and basic infrastructural facilities for the rural housing scheme. To do so government to allot of total Rs. 1000.00 lakh under this scheme for development purpose and about 500 villages will be covered under the scheme per annum. All village of Gujarat state will get benefited under this scheme. Villagers can get more information by visiting nearest Panchayat, Rural Housing & Rural Development Department

Benefits of Jamin Sampadani Yojana:

1. Jamin Sampadani Yojana intensively focuses on village development like to make various facilities available at village level etc.
2. This scheme to make available the village site lands for the villages where village site is not available for rural housing scheme and to be provided with complex structural facilities under various rural housing schemes
3. Allotment of total Rs. 1000.00 lakh under this scheme for development purpose
4. About 500 villages will be covered under the scheme per annum
5. Villages will no more deprive of basic facilities in Gujarat
6. Providing basic infrastructural facilities for rural housing scheme
7. In order to increase standard of rural life, structural facilities viz drinking water, sewerage, street lighting electricity in-house internal roads, approach roads etc. should be included under the scheme

1. All village of Gujarat state to get benefits of this scheme.
2. Panchayat, Rural Housing & Rural Development Department is totally responsible for implementation of this scheme
