On December 8, 2021 Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched Milk Price Incentive Scheme in the state. This scheme aims to increase the milk production in the state. Under this scheme the state government would provide required assistance to the beneficiaries to increase the milk production and related activities in the state. Assistance amount will be directly transferred to beneficiary bank accounts through Direct Bank Transfer. This scheme will benefit the dairy farmers in the state. The state government aims at starting 500 milk sale centres in the state with an outlay of Rs. 444.62 crores. Around 53000 people will be benefitted through this scheme.
