The Delhi CM Aravind Kejriwal launched Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana (MTYY) for the senior citizens in Delhi. The registrations & application forms are available online at edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in portal. Delhi government will provide free pilgrimage to 77,000 senior citizens in the state. 1,000 senior citizens each will be selected under the scheme from each of the 77 assembly constituencies in the state. The government will bear all the expenses for the travel, accommodation, food, site-seeing etc.
The registrations for Delhi Mukhyamantri Free Tirth Yatra Yojana 2018-19 has began from 5th December 2018. Registrations & form filling can be done online at the edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in portal. In case any help is required, you can contact SDM office, offices of Tirth Vikas Samiti or your local MLA offices.

Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana: Routes, Duration, Destinations Covered & Travel Packages
- Delhi-Mathura-Vrindavan-Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Delhi: 4 days
- Delhi-Ajmer-Pushkar-Delhi: 4 days
- Delhi-Amritsar-Wagah Border-Anandpur Sahib-Delhi: 5 days
- Delhi-Haridwar-Rishikesh-Neelkanth-Delhi: 4 days
- Delhi-Vaishno Devi-Jammu-Delhi: 5 days
- The travel will be provided on the trains
- Delhi government has partnered with the IRCTC
- Trains will start from the Safdarjung railway station
- General category tickets with 15 coaches for pilgrims
- A doctor & paramedical staff also will accompany pilgrims
Senior Citizen`s Tirth Yatra Yojana Eligibility:
- Applicable only to the senior citizens who are permanent resident`s of Delhi
- Age of the applicant must be more than 60 year
- Applicant`s spouses also can accompany them
- In case the applicant is more than 70 years of age then they can accompany attendant with them
- Age of the attendant must be more than 20 years

- For applicant: Self declaration, MLA certificate, voter ID card & medical certificate
- Spouse & attendants: Voter ID card

STEP 1: CLICK HERE to go to the Delhi government official website edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in & register yourself
STEP 2: Choose document type (voter card/aadhaar card), provide document number, CAPTCHA & click on Login
STEP 3: A complete citizen registration form will open as shown below, fill in all the details completely, enter CAPTCHA & click on Continue to Register button to complete the registration
STEP 4: CLICK HERE to go to the login, provide your login details & login
STEP 5: Select the Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana, fill in the application form & follow further instructions to complete the registrations
