The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has launched ONGC Scholarship Scheme 2019 for SC, ST students. Under the scheme 1000 students from the community will be chosen for the scholarship based on their merit. They will be given annual scholarship to pursuive professional courses.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicable only to the students from Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes students
- Only meritorious students will be chosen for the scholarship
- Top 1,000 students will be given the scholarship
- The scholarship scheme is applicable only for the study in the professional courses
- Professional Courses:Applicable only for the full-time professional courses such as Engineering (4 years), MBBS (4 years), MBA (02 years) or Masters in Geology/ Geophysics (02 years)
- Applicants must have minimum 60% marks in the class 12th exam & graduation
- Income Criteria: Family income of the applicants family must not be more than Rs. 4.5/year
- Age Limit: Applicant students must not be more than 30 years of age as on 1st October 2019
Benefits: Financial assistance every year for study in professional courses.
