राजस्थान में पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जन कल्याण शिविर पंचायत योजना
In an attempt to resolve day to day life problems experienced by residents, chief minister of Rajasthan introduced the new scheme called Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Jan Kalyan Panchayat Shivir organized in the rural region of Rajasthan. The programme started on 14 October 2016 by Government of Rajasthan on the 100th birth centenary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. In a budget 2016-17 announced by chief minister Vasundhara Raje, Jan Kalyan Panchayat camps will be organized in rural areas to solve the day to day life problem faced by the resident and to provide relief to the rural masses under these camps in rural Rajasthan. In this camp, various department in Rajasthan state collaboration with District Panchayat Committee organized camps in Gram Panchayats of major districts including Alwar, Ajmer, Badmer, Baara, Bharatpur, Bheelwada, Bikaner, Boondi, Dausa, Dungarpur, Jhalawad, Jaipur, Jalore Dhaulpur, Indirapur, Kota, Jaipur, Talwada, Udaipur and Umrai every Friday at 9:30 am for next 6 months. The various government department participated in the camps including Panchayati Raj Department, Food and Civil Supplies Department, the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Women and Child Development, Medical and Health Department, the Forest and Environment Department, Planning Department, Labour Department, Agriculture Department, Public Health and Engineering Department, Electricity Distribution Corporation , Public Works Department, Tribal Department of the block-level and district-level officials of the revenue department of the state government

How Jan Kalyan Panchayat camps works?
- Government officials from different departments, Gram Panchayat heads and regional officers participated in these camps and address villagers problem
- Medical officers will educate and enroll villagers for state government policies, mainly Bhama Shah Swaasthya Beema Yojana and Janani Suraksha Beema Yojana (health insurance for women)
- Offering free treatment, check-ups and medical care to villagers at health camps
- Distributing free medicines and sanitary for women to ensure health and hygiene inside villages
- Educating and registering people for government-sponsored medical insurance schemes like “Bhama Shah Swaasthya Beema Yojana”
- Issuing disability certificates to physically handicapped people. So, They can use this certificate to avail medical benefits
- Providing school going kids with essential school supplies, educational material, and toys at Anganwadi
- Social activist will offer nutrition counseling, vaccination, medicines, toys, books, uniforms to students enrolled in village schools. Legal paperwork concerning change in name, registration of students for admissions and scholarships will be executed at these camps
- Registering women for ‘Bhama Shah Card’ to enroll their family members for free ration, pension, and educational scholarships
- Maintaining clean, green and hygienic surroundings through large-scale tea plantation and construction of local bodies under Mukhyamantri Jal Swavlamban Yojana
- Implementing Jan Jatiya Kshetriya Vikas Yojana and Bhama Shah Pashu Yojana at village levels to encourage agricultural as well as alternate sources of living
