The Income certificates are provided to the people of Delhi. People are categorized on the basis of their income. Those People who are applying for Income certificates they must have to submit required information and documents. Income Certificates states the different sources of income of any candidates. Income certificate is one of the certificates on the basis of that beneficiary will be eligible for various welfare schemes launched by Government
Eligibility for Application to issue Income Certificate in Delhi:
- Applicant should be Resident of Delhi State
- A person who is employed and in a real necessity of income certificate is eligible to apply for Income Certificate person who is employed and in a real necessity of income certificate is eligible to apply for Income Certificate
Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- AADHAR No.
- Proof PAN / PASSPORT / Driving Licence / Voters Card / Identity Card
- Copy of Ration Card
- Photograph of the applicant
- Affidavit regarding residence, occupation, property owned and income in prescribed Proforma
- Voters Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill etc
- Salary slip or other document showing the family income of the applicant
- Documents for the monthly expenditure

- Father’s / Husband’s Name
- Details of Family
- Residential Address
- Tel. No.(Landline)
- Period of Stay in Delhi
- Occupation of Applicant
- Monthly Income from Occupation
- Details of Employer
- Ration Card No.
- Category (BPL/APL/AAY/Annapurna)
- Whether living in rented/ owned house
- Details of monthly expenditure
- Whether any loan was taken
- Details of Children studying
- Grand Total of Monthly Expenditure
Application Procedure:
- Applicant must download application Form using following link: https://govinfo.me/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/income.pdf
- Fill up application form
- Submit form along with all the required documents
- A local inquiry will be conducted by the bailiff / other staff to verify the particulars mentioned in the application and affidavit
- The certificate is issued after receipt of the report
Contact details: Applicant may approach the office of Sub-Divisional Magistrate in whose jurisdiction applicant reside during 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on any working day to obtain income certificate
