Saksham Yuva Scheme (SYS) for unemployed graduates in Haryana

Saksham Yuva Scheme by the government of Haryana is an initiative to help unemployed youth in the state. This is the ambitious scheme of the Manohar Lal Khattar government and the Chief Minister’s goal is to provide honorary jobs or skills training or unemployment allowance to the youth of the state. Saksham Yuva Yojana was launched in 2016 and only post-graduates were allowed to apply under the scheme but now even graduates are covered under the scheme. 9,545 unemployed youth have applied for the Saksham Yuva Scheme so far and 1356 are benefited by the scheme. All the applicants need to register themselves at Department of Employment Government of Haryana website hreyahs.gov.in or hrex.org and the beneficiaries of the scheme will start getting allowance from 1st April 2017.

Benefits of Saksham Yuva Scheme:

• Graduates and Post Graduates will be provided jobs
• They can also get skills training of their choice and created employment opportunities for them self
• Rs. 9,000 per month including Rs. 3,000 unemployment allowance will be given to unemployed youth of the state

All the state departments, universities, boards and corporations are instructed to notify Employment Department about the vacancies. The Employment Department will send SMS and email notifications about the job opportunities to those who have registered with them. Saksham Yuva portal also can be used by the employers to post their job opening themselves and attract youth of the state. Under the scheme a skills development program will be started in 10 different skills for those who have not got honorary assignments as yet. The Saksham Yuva scheme was launched in November-December 2016 and now the scope is increased to accommodate graduates as well.

Elligibility to Apply for Saksham Yuva Scheme:

1. Graduates and Post Graduates can apply
2. The applicant must be a resident or domicile of the state of the Haryana
3. Total annual household should not exceed Rs. 3 Lakh per year

2. ADHAAR card/number
3. Employment registration number

2. Fill in the form (Registration for SAKSHAM Scheme) at the above mentioned URL
   • ADHAAR number a working mobile number and a valid email id are required for registration
   • Employment registration number is required for for the application
3. Once the form is filled properly click on Register
4. On successful registration you will be notified by SMS and email
5. All the job alerts will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ids.

सक्षम युवा योजना – शिक्षित युवाओ के लिए भत्ता एव मानदेय योजना (शिक्षित युवा सम्मानित हुआ)

सक्षम युवा योजना हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा राज्य में बेरोजगार युवाओं की मदद करने के लिए एक महत्वाकांशी पहल है। इस योजना के तहत राज्य के शिक्षित युवाओंको रोजगार, कौशल प्रशिक्षण एव बेरोजगारी भत्ता दिया जायेगा। यह योजना राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहरलाल खट्टर ने नवम्बर २०१६ में सुरु की थी और इसके तहत सिर्फ पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट्स ही सक्षम युवा योजना का लाभ ले सकते थे लेकिन अब इस योजना का दायर बढ़ा दिया गया है और अब गग्रेजुएट बेरोजगार भी इस योजना का लाभ ले सकते है। अब तक ९,५४५ युवाओं ने सक्षम युवा योजना के लिए पंजीकरण किया है और इन में से १३५६ को रोजगार दिया गया है।

सक्षम युवा योजना के लाभ:

• ग्रेजुएट और पोस्ट-ग्रेजुएट युवाओंके लिए नौकरियां
• बेरोजगार ग्रेजुएट और पोस्ट-ग्रेजुएट युवाओं को कौशल प्रशिक्षण
• ३००० रुपये महीना बेरोजगारी भत्ते के साथ ९००० रुपये महीना

सक्षम युवा योजना के लिए पात्रता:

• स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर आवेदन कर सकते हैं
• आवेदक हरियाणा राज्य का निवासी होना जरुरी है
• आवेदक की कुल वार्षिक घरेलु आय ३ लाख रुपयो से काम होनी चाहिए
