On My 24, 2021, the Haryana government in collaboration with Deloitte launched ‘Sanjeevani Pariyojana’ for helping the residents of the state having mild to moderate symptoms of Covid-19. Under this scheme, the patients will be able to access health and medical care facilities for home treatment. It will also provide medical help to areas with scarce medical resources. It will also help to manage the resources like hospital beds, oxygen supply, ambulances etc. The patients under home isolation will be provided with free home care kits containing mask, basic covid-19 medicines, oximeter, thermometer for the patients. It aims at treating the patients with mild to moderate symptoms immediately at home without any complications thereby avoiding the future need for admitting them in hospitals. This scheme is designed and supported by Deloitte, PHFI and PGIMS-Haryana. Currently this scheme is launched as a pilot project for Karnal district and is planned to be extended to all the required areas in the state.
