The Finance Minister of the Andhra Pradesh announced the AP Budget 2019. Various welfare schemes are & increased budgets for various initiatives are announced in the scheme. The most important of all the announcements is Annadata Sukhibhava Scheme. It is a financial assistance scheme for farmers in the AP. It is going to be cash transfer schemes such as government of India`s Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PMKSNY / PM KISAN).
Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishna presented the budget in the AP budget. A budget of Rs. 5,000 crores are allocated to the Annadata Sukhibhava Scheme. The primary objective of the scheme is to provide financial relief to the debt ridden farmers. It will provide social security to them. They can use the money to purchase farm inputs such as seeds, fertilizers & pay for labor & electricity etc.

All the others details about Annadata Sukhibhava Scheme such as eligibility criteria, list of documents required to apply, application form & application procedure are yet to be announced.
Government has increased the input subsidy from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 15,000 per Kg of rice, sugarcane, cotton & peanuts. Another program which provide subsidy for the purchase of tractors & rotators are also on.
The scheme is based on the popular scheme in Telangana’s Rythu Bandhu Scheme, Odisha’s Kalia Scheme & Jharkhand`s Krishi Ashirwad Yojana. The AP scheme will provide much required relief to the state farmers. Most of them wont be required to take crop loans during the sowing seasons.
