The Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik has launched a scheme for orphan and HIV infected children in the state. The scheme is called Biju Bal Suraksha Yojana. The scheme is aimed at nurturing HIV infected children and orphans receding in child care institutions and orphanages. Under the scheme government will provide financial support for the primary and secondary education, uplifment and marriage in case of a girl child. Government will also open bank account for such children under Sukanya Samridhi Yojana.
Benefits of Biju Bal Suraksha Yojana:
- Financial assistance to HIV infected children and orphans receding in the state of Udisha
- Rs. 7,000 – Rs. 40,000 to pursuive higher education which will cover admissions to different courses, books, fees, hostel facilities etc
- Scholarship to top 3 sdudents in the district
- Rs. 20,000 to all the students who pass HSC
- Sukanya Smrudhi Account for girl child along with Rs. 1,000 credited everymonth till the age of 18 to secure their future
- Rs. 50,000 for girls will be credited to their accounts when they turn 18
- Rs. 40,000 will be credited to boys account when they turn 21
Eligibility for the Biju Bal Suraksha Yojana:
- Only orphans and children infected with HIV can apply for the scheme
बीजू बाल सुरक्षा योजना (BBSY) – अनाथ और HIV पीड़ितों के लिए मदत
ओडिशा में मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक ने अनाथ और एचआईवी संक्रमित बच्चों के लिए राज्य में एक योजना शुरू की है । यह योजना बीजू बाल सुरक्षा योजना है और इस योजना का उद्देश्य अनाथ और एचआईवी संक्रमित बच्चों की देखभाल और पोषण करना है। इस योजना के तहत सरकार प्राथमिक और माध्यमिक शिक्षा, विवाह के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करेगा। सरकार सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना के तहत इस तरह के बच्चों के लिए बैंक खाते खोलेगे और पैसो की मदत करेगा।
बीजू बाल सुरक्षा योजना के लाभ :
१. एचआईवी संक्रमित बच्चों और अनाथों के लिए वित्तीय सहायता
२. बच्चो के उच्च शिक्षा के लिए रस. ७,००० से रस. ४०,००० का अनुदान
३. हर जिले में ३ शीर्ष विद्यार्थियोंके लिए छात्रवृत्ति
४. SSC पास करने वालो के लिए रुपये २,००० का अनुदान
५. बालिकाओके लिए सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना खता और १,००० रैपए हर महीने
६. और ४०,००० – ५०,००० का शादी के लिए अनुदान
बीजू बाल सुरक्षा योजना के लिए पात्रता:
१. केवल अनाथ और एचआईवी से संक्रमित बच्चे इस योजना के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं
