The Karnataka Government has announced list of beneficiaries under Chief Minister`s One Lakh Housing Scheme Bengaluru on their official website ashraya.karnataka.gov.in. All those who have applied for the housing under the scheme can check their application status. The scheme is implemented by the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation Limited. The main objective of the scheme is to provide affordable houses to the poor families in the state.
Chief Minister`s One Lakh Housing Scheme Bengaluru: A government of Karnataka scheme to provide housing for all. One lakh houses will be build under the scheme for BPL families.
Flats will be constructed in various areas of Bangalore (Bangalore East, Bangalore West, Bangalore North, Bangalore South).
Eligibility?
- The scheme is applicable only to the citizens of Karnataka
- The scheme is meant only for Below Poverty Line (BPL) families
- Only those who`s family income is less than Rs. 87,000 yearly only can apply
- The applicant must be a resident of Bangalore for past 5 years or more
- The applicant must not already own house
- The applicant is not already getting benefits under any other scheme

- Residence proof (proof of residence for past 5 years)
- Aadhar card
- Income certificate
How to apply for CM`s One Lakh Housing Scheme?
The application for the Housing Scheme can be made online at the official website of Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation Limited: ashraya.karnataka.gov.in The RGRHC will provide links on the website along with guidelines for online application when the applications are open. The applicant needs to register and then login on RGRHC and then fill up application form and upload all the required documents.

CM`s One Lakh Housing Scheme Bengaluru: Beneficiary Names
The applicants can check their names in the CMOLHS beneficiaries list with their name and application detail. Applicants can use their name, registered mobile number and ration card id number.
