Financial Assistance Scheme for Law Graduates launched by the State Government of Madhya Pradesh (Tribal Welfare Department) for Scheduled Tribe category law students. The main purpose of this scheme is to provide financial support to the law graduates students belong to Scheduled Tribe category in Madhya Pradesh which will inspire them to live a well-trained and self-dependent life in the profession of Law. The selections of Law Graduates for financial support are made on the basis of recommendations of Bar Association. After examining all the relevant documents by the District Collector, a financial support of Rs. 200/- per Month is granted to the (ST) category Law graduate student for a year. Lawyer means that there are many responsibilities to carry out in the profession of law. It takes a great deal of timing and patience to finish the job and tough job to work on. A Lawbooks also comes on expensive side which is a hard deal to buy those books sometimes. Financial support helps ST Law graduates student to settle in the profession of law

• Benefits of financial support to the Law Graduates students who belongs to Scheduled Tribe category in Madhya Pradesh
• Financial assistance of Rs. 200/- per Month is granted for a year to the law graduates

Eligibility for Financial Assistance Scheme for Law Graduates:

1. Applicant should be resident of Madhya Pradesh state
2. Applicant should be law graduated student
3. Applicant should belong to Scheduled Tribe category in Madhya Pradesh

Documents required for Financial Assistance Scheme for Law Graduates:

1. Aadhaar card
2. Mark Sheet of Law graduation
3. Certificate of Bar Association
4. Caste certificate
5. Domicile certificate

Application procedure for Financial Assistance Scheme for Law Graduates:

1. Law graduates candidate should submit their application to the Assistant Commissioner/District Organizer through the President of Bar Association
2. Applicant should be attached Mark Sheet of Law graduation and the certificate of Bar Association along with the application
3. Approval for the financial aid to the beneficiaries will be given after examining the documents in district office
