Andhra Pradesh – AP Amravati Happy Nest Housing Project by CRDA brochure, logo, website launched

The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Chandrababu Naidu has launched a logo and brochure of the The Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA)`s AP Amravati Happy Nest housing project. The CRDA is developing a residential complex in 14.46 acres with twelve Ground+18 towers having 1200 flats in each tower. The apartments will have 2 and 3 BHK flats. The bookings for the flats will start from the 9th November. All the details on the project along with brochure is available on their official website Brochure can be downloaded online from the portal.

Amravati is the capital city of the new Andhra Pradesh and the development of the capital is in full swing. The Amravati Happy Nest is one of the residential complex in the city. It will have world class facilities, access roads all the types of amenities. The CM also reviewed the progress of the project. The tag line of the project is See Future-Be Future. The launch of the portal happened in the AP secretariat. The objective of the project is to provide affordable houses to the people.

The AP government and the CM is observing the progress and the quality of the construction of the complexes in the new capital Amravati. The government has instructed to all the developers that the constructions of the housing projects must complete on time. Construction of the roads are also in the full swing. 14 KM of seed access road is completed and remaining 7 KM will be completed post land acquisition.
