The Lila Poonawalla Wardha Diploma in Engineering Scholarship for Indian Women is launched by Lila Poonawalla Foundation. LPF Lila Poonawalla Foundation is an Educational Trust in India who visualize the contribution to the empowerment of Indian women by supporting academically and financially to the commendable girls. This scheme is specially launched for Indian girls. Under this scheme, applicant girl is awarded maximum amount of sum Rs. 50,000 per year. Forgetting eligible applicant girl need to pursue Diploma in Engineering in Wardha the scheme is open for all women who belong to India. Girl applicant can take advantage of this scheme by applying. In the recent event of LPF, Lila Poonawalla said LPF has added over 800 girls to its scholarship programme this year and will be adding another 400 in December from Amravati and Wardha

• Lila Poonawalla Wardha Diploma in Engineering Scholarship for Indian Women provides benefits in the form of financial assistance to the students who belong to Wardha and wish to pursue Diploma in Engineering or have taken admission in 1^st year engineering
• Under this scheme, applicant candidate is awarded maximum scholarship amount of Rs. 50,000 per year
• Scholarship will be provided for 3 year

Required eligibility and conditions for applying Lila Poonawalla Wardha Diploma in Engineering Scholarship for Indian Women:

1. Age limit is maximum 21 years (As on June 2016 or as on application year)
2. Family’s total annual income from all sources and all family members not more than Rs 2,00,000 per annum
3. Candidate should secure minimum 60% marks in 10th examination
4. The scholarship amount will be decided on merit, need and performance in interview
5. The scholarship is for a period of three academic years and is subject to the candidate passing in all subjects and securing a minimum overall score of 60% marks each academic year in the same college. For each subsequent Year, the candidate will have to submit the University / College mark sheet for verification before raising the claim
6. It is mandatory to attend minimum three training workshops per year arranged by the Foundation and the continuation of the scholarship will depend on the same
7. Only those candidates who have taken admission in Wardha district for 1st year of Diploma in Engineering for academic year are eligible to apply
8. Scholarship amount will be reimbursed against actual receipts submitted

Document required for applying Lila Poonawalla Wardha Diploma in Engineering Scholarship for Indian Women:

1. Proof of age e.g. birth certificate
2. Leaving Certificates 10^th
3. 10^th mark sheet
4. Admission letter / Allotment letter from college
5. Gap Certificate (If there is gap in your education)
6. Income proof of all earning members in the family: Last I.T. Assessment Order, In case not an IT payer and doing the job then salary certificate from Employer OR last three months’ salary slips. If not an IT payer and not doing job then only Income Certificate from Zillah Parishad / Local Government Authority
7. Original 4 xerox copies of Part B of the Form
8. Please paste photograph on all 4 xerox copies of Part B of the Form in space given

Application procedure:

1. Applicant women candidate can collect application form by visiting Lila Poonawalla Foundation, 25 Yashwant Colony, Behind Hero Showroom, Nagpur Road Wardha 442001
2. Applicant has to fill application form properly and submit to same addresses
3. Post submitting application women candidate will be called for short Interview the candidate will be selected for scholarship award
4. The last date of application often comes in month of September of academic year
