SABLA-Rajiv Gandhi Scheme for Empowerment of Adolescent Girls launched by Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of Himachal Pradesh. The objective behind introducing this scheme is empowerment and self-development of adolescent girls. The scheme aims at covering adolescent girls in the age group of 11-18 years. The scheme provides benefits in two ways, one is improving health and second is the life skill. Under this scheme beneficiary girls to get the free health checkup, vocational training, guidance on family welfare and career, nutritious diet etc. all adolescent girls residence of Himachal Pradesh can get benefits of the scheme.
