To empower rural women and encourage them for business, the state Government of Jharkhand has announced Udyami Sakhi Mandal Yojana for women in the state. This scheme announced to provide financial assistance to the women who are interested in starting their own small business in the state. The women who are living in rural parts of the Jharkhand state can get benefits under this scheme. The government has aimed to make financial condition of women is stronger by providing them financial help to establishes their business. Basically, in this scheme, a group of 15 women can apply for financial assistance to start their businesses. Women population constitutes around 50% of the world population. A large number of women around the world are unemployed. The world economy suffers a lot because of the unequal opportunity for women at workplaces. The main advantage of Women Empowerment is that there will be an overall development of the society. The money earns by the women not only help them to make their life easy or their family, but it also helps develop the society. The main objective of the scheme is to freely live their life with a sense of self-worth, respect, and dignity and have equal rights for social & economic justice
Benefits of Udyami Sakhi Mandal Yojana:
- Government provide financial assistance to the women who are interested in starting their own small businesses in the state
