To boost and develop the tourism industry in Assam

On September 25, 2020, Assam Government announced a scheme for the Tourism sector in the state. This scheme was inaugurated by CMO Assam, Mr. Sarbananda Sonowal. It is launched in association with Assam Tourism Development Corporation Limited. This scheme is mainly launched to give a boost to the Tourism industry in the state. Tourism industry is majorly affected due to pandemic situations all over, thus to empower and boost the state tourism constant efforts are being made by the assam government. Under this scheme, a loan amount from 1 lakh to 20 lakhs will be provided to interested entrepreneur in the state for 5 years.

  • The main objective of this scheme is to boost the state tourism
