Social Security Pension Scheme for Children with Special Needs launched by of Madhya Pradesh Government. The main objective behind this scheme is to make independent and encourage to pursue education to a child who is physically handicapped or have other kind of disability. Social Security Pension Scheme for Children with Special Needs provides benefits in the form of financing to all disable child. Under this scheme, any child of age between 6 to 18 year and above with 40% disability and below the poverty line is eligible and will get Rs. 300 per month. An applicant who wishes to apply should qualify some eligibility norms mentioned below. Applicant can get application form and apply to Commissioner Municipal Corporation or Nagar Panchayat

Benefits of Social Security Pension Scheme for Children with Special Needs:

• Scheme provides benefits in the form of financial assistance
• Under this scheme, Rs 300 per month Education Incentive assistance is being provided to all such children who qualify all eligibility norms mentioned below

Required eligibility and conditions for applying Social Security Pension Scheme for Children with Special Needs:

1. Should be the residence of Madhya Pradesh.
2. Applicant should belong to Below Poverty Line(BPL)
3. Age of Applicant should between 6 to 18 year
4. Applicant should have minimum 40% disability
5. Applicant’s name should be registered on “Samagra Portal”

Document required for applying Social Security Pension Scheme for Children with Special Needs:

1. Aadhar card
2. Certificate of Disability
3. Residence proof e.g. certificate from residence authority
4. Bank details e.g. account number, account holder name, branch name, MICR code, IFSC code
5. Age proof
6. BPL ration card
7. Applicant’s Passport Size 3 photograph
