Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is the ambitious scheme by the Prime Minister of India Shree Narendra Modi to provide 2 crore houses to poor in the country under the mission “Housing for All”. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) is the housing scheme for the urban areas. The list of beneficiaries for PMAY-U are identified based on the Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 (SECC-2011) data. The PMAY-U is implemented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation. The government has allocated the budget and provided all the required approvals. Most of the houses are constructed and some are under construction. Government will construct 2 crore houses by 2022.
Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS): A housing scheme for the families with annual income less than Rs. 18 lakh per year. They are given interest subsidy on the home loan under the PMAY-U.
PMAY Beneficiaries List 2018: The list of beneficiaries identified by the government based on SECC-2011 data. All those whose name is in the PMAY-U beneficiaries list 2018 will be given benefits under the scheme.
How to check your name in PMAY beneficiaries list?
STEP 1: CLICK HERE to go to PMAY beneficiaries list
STEP 2: In the Search by Name form enter first few letters of your name and click on Show button
STEP 3: List of all the beneficiaries matching your name will be displayed along with PMAY beneficiary code, father name, city name, name of the state
STEP 4: To get the complete details click on your name, enter your registered mobile number
STEP 5: You will receive OTP, reenter your OTP to get complete details
