The Delhi Development Authority has announced the names of the lucky winners of DDA Housing Scheme Draw 2017. Full list of winners for DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 is available at DDA website at dda.org.in

The lucky draw happened in the Vikas Sadan`s Aucation Hall and was live streamed at webcast.gov.in/dda The DDA received 46,182 applications for the housing scheme. Total of 12,617 flats in four income categories were alloted in the draw. The income categories are High Income Group (HIG), Low Income Group (LIG), Mid Income Group (MIG), and Janta. The flats are in following Delhi localities such as Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Narela, Siraspur, Pitampura. Rohini, Paschim Vihar and Jasola.
Breakup of flat based on the income group:
- High Income Group (HIG): 85
- Mid Income Group (MIG): 403
- Low Income Group (LIG): 11,757
- Janta: 372
Out of 12,617 flats available under the DDA Aawasiya Yojana 10,000 flats were unoccupied from 2014 schemes and 2000 were vacant. The flats starting from Rs. 7 lakh to Rs. 1.26 crores were available for the draw.
