Government of India has announced the eligibility criteria & required list of documents for the PM-KISAN (Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi) Scheme 2019. Financial assistance will be given to the poor & marginal farmers across India under the scheme. The objectives for the scheme are defined by Department of Agriculture Co-operation and Farmers Welfare under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare & are published on their official website pmkisan.nic.in
Update (31 May 2019): The PM-KISAN yojana is application to all the farmers across the country irrespective of their land holding.

PM-KISAN is 100% sponsored by the central government. The fund given under the scheme will be directly transfered to the beneficiaries bank account with direct benefit transfer (DBT).

List of Required Documents for PM-KISAN Scheme:
- Name, age, gender, caste proof: Aadhaar card / Driving License / Voter ID / NREGA Job Card

- Department of Agriculture Co-operation and Farmers Welfare has developed a portal for the Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi
- All the official announcement, notifications, PM-KISAN registrations, online application forms, beneficiaries list will be made available on the pmkisan.nic.in
- The state & UT governments will identify beneficiaries. List of beneficiaries for will be uploaded on pmkisan.nic.in
- Beneficiaries will be able to check their names in the PM-KISAN beneficiaries list on pmkisan.nic.in once then lists are published
The benefit for the verified beneficiaries will be transfered by the government of India using Aadhaar enabled DBT to the bank account of the beneficiary through Aadhaar Payment Bridge (APB).
